Refund Policy

At Aeris Hydration, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

1. Pre-Launch Status

Aeris Hydration is currently in pre-launch. No products are available for purchase at this time. Joining our waitlist is completely free and does not involve any payment or financial commitment.

2. Post-Launch Returns

Once we launch (August 2026), we will offer a 7-day return window on all unopened products from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at hello@aerishydration.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not charge any restocking or return shipping fees for our products.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened beverage products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Customised or limited-edition packs are also non-returnable unless damaged.

6. Subscription Orders

Monthly subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after dispatch will follow our standard return policy.
